Nutritional Packages Our Registered Dietician will first meet with you for an Initial Consultation to discuss your current eating regimen, short-term and long-term goals, health, lifestyle, and diet/weight history. We will review and analyze 5-day food logs, current supplement intake, exercise habits, and look for deficiencies and excesses in your diet. |
After your initial consultation we will prepare your individualized meal plan. This plan will include your tailored nutrition prescription - outlining specific recommendations to begin immediately and strategies to meet your long-term goals. We will also prepare 5-day meal plans based on your individual nutrient needs, lifestyle, and food preferences, translating recommendations into real life meals. We will meet with you again after 10-14 days for a follow-up session. In this follow-up session we will reassess your nutritional progress. |
