Working with a personal trainer is a great way to meet your fitness goals.  Programs are designed to help you safely and effectively meet your fitness needs.  As a certified personal trainer, SPD Fitness takes the guess work out of program design.  SPD Fitness will educate you on frequency, duration and intensity, the three main components in program design, while incorporating variety into your workouts.

Training with a friend, spouse, or coworker has many benefits.  Some people are a bit anxious about starting an exercise program, especially those that are new to exercise or have been inactive for some time.  It’s great to have someone to share the experience with…not to mention it substantially cuts your cost per session. Group training is a blast, so grab a friend and let’s get going!

Boot Camp Style Training
One of the most dynamic ways to drop the pounds is through boot camp style training.  This is a sixty minute “pedal to the metal” workout that incorporates both strength and cardiovascular training into one fat-busting workout.  Groups can contain 5 to 20 people only.  This is a great workout for office mates or a group of neighbors.
